Apryl failed to impress one of the judges, so she was not selected. The singer went on tour with the artist as her backup. They became friends in the Vh1 television show of the same name Hollywood becoming one of the show's initial eight actors. The first season of the show, Megaa and her husband had a baby boy. The second season explores Megaa's struggles with her career and personal issues as she finds newfound successes. Omarion's tour prevented his attendance at the recording of the second season reunion. Apryl declared on the 7th of December in 2015 that the couple had left the show, and that they were not returning for the second season. Apryl had their daughter A'mei Kazuo Grandberry on the 7th of this year. After a few months, Apryl and Omarion broke up. Apryl appeared on the show in season four, meeting Lil' Fizz to discuss possible B2K reunion. Apryl returns in the sixth season of the show. It follows her custody fight with Omarion and the speculations surrounding her relationship Lil' Fizz. Both confessed to being intimately involved in the series, which places her at odds with Moniece and the other members of the cast.
